5-9 apartments that are three or four bedrooms earn RSO members 3% discount per month on each apartment.
10 or more apartments that are three or four bedrooms earn RSO members 5% discount per month on each apartment.

Campus Property Management was founded in 1967 by Champaign resident and University of Illinois alumnus Erwin Goldfarb. Recognizing the need for expanded housing around the University, Erwin decided to start his own leasing company.
