If you are looking for something a little less mushy so close to Valentine’s Day, go see The Celebration Company at The Station Theatre’s production of I Hate Hamlet. This Thursday is the opening night! Showtime is at 7:30 p.m., and tickets are only $10 for students ($15 for adults). Here is the synopsis for the show:

"I Hate Hamlet" tells the story of early 90s fictional TV actor Andrew Rally taking a part outside of his comfort zone: the title role in Shakespeare in the Park's Hamlet. The NYC apartment Andrew finds himself inhabiting just so happens to be the former residence of the late, legendary actor John Barrymore. Via séance, Barrymore is brought back to life and instructs Andrew on how to perfect the role, despite many a disagreement and skirmish between them.
