Happy Monday! In true weekend fashion, the last two days just flew by and it is MOnday yet again. This week will be really fun, though! There are a few really fun events going on in Champaign Urbana and a lot of live music. Read on for what’s happening this week in town!

Tuesday, July 21st

Tomorrow from 12:30 to 1 p.m., join Mary Wolters of Green Yoga Spa for an online meditation session. Spurlock Museum is hosting this free Mindful Meditation class. You can stream it live on Mary Wolter’s page or find it on Spurlock’s Facebook page after the session has been concluded. “During each 30–minute session, Mary will help participants bring a focus to their breathing and share tips for how to engage mindfully. Present moment awareness can be elusive, and we often find ourselves distracted or lost in thought. Through the training and practice of mindful meditation, we can discover a calm amidst our to-do lists and more fully appreciate the gift of each day.”
