Tuesday September 26th- Urbana Food Truck Rally
Come out the the Urbana Civic Center from 11am-2pm on Tuesday to experience the Urbana Food Truck Rally! There is indoor and outdoor seating and access to bathrooms. Also, performers will be stationed around the event to provide entertainment. Here is a list of some of the participating trucks for this week:

Thursday September 28th- Jupiter String Quartet
Come out to Follenger Great Hall at 7:30 on Thursday to hear the Jupiter String Quartet celebrate their 15th anniversary. If you have never heard the Jupiter String Quartet before you should definitely check them out. The New Yorker described them this way, “the Jupiter String Quartet, an ensemble of eloquent intensity, has matured into one of the mainstays of the American chamber-music scene” You can buy tickets or get more information on the event page.
Friday September 29th- Sunday October 1st- Allerton Park Concert Series
This weekend there will be multiple shows going on at beautiful Allerton Park and Retreat Center. Celebrate the beginning of fall by enjoying live music and entertainment. Student tickets are only $10. The shows are located in the old Dutch Hay Barn. You can find the full event list and tickets at the Allerton Website.
Friday September 29th -Illini Football vs. Nebraska
Watch the Illini under the lights at 7pm Friday night! This is the first conference game of the season as the Illini face Nebraska. There will be live music before the game at Grange Grove starting around 5pm. If you are a Block I member there is a tailgate also in Grange Grove starting at 4pm where there will be FREE Buffalo Wild Wings along with fun games. Saturday September 30th- Latin Dance Night
Krannert is offering a FREE Latin Dance Night in the lobby at 9:30pm . This event is co-sponsored by La Casa Cultural Latina and will feature rhythms from Latin America and the Caribbean—reggaeton, bachata, cumbia, salsa, merengue, and more! Saturday September 30th- iHelp Day
The largest fall volunteer event on campus is happening this Saturday! The Student Alumni Ambassadors iHelp brings together over 1,000 students to serve the community of Champaign-Urbana. This event generates around 4500 hours of service for our community every year! Register today at the event page.
