As we enter the third week of quarantine it’s becoming harder to stay home and away from others, but it’s so important to do so. The less we are around others and practice physical distancing, the quicker we can stop the spread of COVID-19. Here at CPM, we want to thank everyone for their patience and cooperation with what the state and country is asking us to do during this strange time. We will keep you updated with what we know as we know it on our blog, website, and social media pages.

Today is usually the This Week in Town blog, but since many events have been canceled, we’re going to do something a bit different! There are many virtual activities you can do from the safety of your home. Take a look and see what you want to see and do this week!

Yoga at KAM

The Krannert Art Museum is continuing their weekly hatha yoga practice virtually! They post weekly yoga practice  videos during the time they would usually meet in person. Keep an eye out for their video coming out this Friday, April 6th, at noon. Find more information and other yoga video dates and times here

Allerton Trails: Half-Marathon, 10K, & Trail-Glo 5K

If you were looking forward to the Allerton Trails runs, don’t worry! They are still happening in a modified way. Instead of everyone running together, you can complete whichever race you want to do by yourself. You have from April 10th to April 26th to complete your runs!
