This Thursday begins the 7 weeks of Yoga at the Pond free sessions. What better way to relieve the worry of not having assignments to turn in than by weekly yoga? Held at the University of Illinois Research Park every Thursday from now until July 19th, from 4 to 5 pm, this isn’t an event to miss. Self care is very important no matter what stage of life you happen to be in, and yoga is a wonderful way to reconnect with yourself and give those muscles and bones a much needed stretch. This event is special because not only do you get the opportunity to attend free lessons from a certified yoga instructor, you are also spending time outside, which is shown to have a positive impact on your day.

The old building is a beautiful place to watch equally beautiful and well crafted films.
