Welcome back friends! Winter is still here and you’re back, hopefully, you are ready for this new semester! (I’m only half ready, but this isn’t about me this is about y’all!)

Let’s see what’s going on around town! There are quite a few CPM Announcements as well so keep your eyes open!

RENEW-A-THON!

Loving your apartment? Well, you should renew! And here are some good reasons why, 5% off, and a choice of a game system. Hit me up on Fortnite! Looking for a fourth member for the squad fam, just got my first solo win. This only lasts THIS WEEK, so hurry up and renew!

615 Wright St

There’s a new building, it’s fresh, it’s stylish, it’s cool, it’s on Wright St, it has the Boneyard Creek running underneath, and from 4PM-5Pm every Wednesday and Thursday you can tour this fabulous building where CPM will make it’s new home later this year. Splendid and spectacular, modern and strategically placed, definitely take the tour and say hi to our lovely employees.

Also, we are back to our regular hours this week.

THE FROZEN 5K! Saturday 9AM-10:30AM with some swag that comes with the registration. Do you have winter gear for jogging? Go buy some now, it’s adamant to have winter jogging gear for all purposes and reasons. Mine are usually winter camping and winter jogging, but even just putting on a bunch of under armour and hanging up a hammock in January to read a book, it’s such a great way to spend your money.
