Aromatherapy is spectacular and is a wondrous way for you to have a base knowledge for the finals week. Slow down, breathe in the pleasant scents, and a holistice viewpoint.

“Offer yourself this gift of time to slow down the pace of life with candlelight and healing essential oils.
Allow yourself to feel held and supported in restorative yoga poses that will replenish energy in the body, balance hormones and heal the nervous system. Carefully selected essential oils will be used throughout the practice to enhance the experience. These blends are organic, and therapeutic grade from doTERRA.
Honor your body and mind with this transformative practice and re-emerge as the best version of yourself to share with others. After class, join us for a glass of wine and some chocolate.

*Careful consideration should be made if you are sensitive to scents, nursing or pregnant.

This will also offer an opportunity to learn about how essential oils can be used to enhance one’s yoga practice.

Cost per person: $25
Amara Members cost: $20”
