CPM is on the market!

We've been getting quite a few questions from people asking when apartments will be ready to rent for next year. Well, the wait is over! Our Renewathon wrapped up last week transitioning us into the new leasing season. We are now leasing apartments for the 2020/2021 school year! Get ahead of the curve by finding an apartment to rent for next year now. Signing a lease early ensures that you can find a place that fits all your wants and needs for next year. Below, you will find all you need to know about finding an apartment to suit you, scheduling a tour, and, if you are a current tenant, what to expect if your apartment is scheduled to be toured.

Secure your place-

If you know you'll be in Champaign-Urbana next year, now is the perfect time to secure a place to live. Don't wait! Right now we have the largest apartment availability of the entire year. That means you are more likely to get an apartment at the price you want with the number of bedrooms you want at the location you want. Why wait and risk not finding the apartment that is your perfect fit?

Look through our website to see all of the awesome options on and off campus. Once you've found a few places that fit your budget and have the amenities you want, call our office to set up a show! One of our leasing agents would be happy to give you a tour of any apartment you'd like to see. If you have any questions about the apartments and what each unit offers, don't hesitate to ask a CPM staff member. We'll tell you all you need to know.

Current Residents-

If you live in a CPM apartment this year, you can renew your apartment now to make sure you have it for next year! If you do not renew your lease, there is a good chance we will need to show your apartment at some point during the school year. We do this so future tenants can see what the apartment looks like before they sign the lease! (You probably remember doing that when you chose your apartment).

A leasing agent will let you know before they come to show your apartment. Usually, a leasing agent will text the tenants of the apartment which he or she is planning to show to give notice of the tour. Make sure you have your current phone number on your record with us, so we can let you know when to expect a showing!

We're excited to start leasing for next year. Be on the lookout for promotions and giveaways as the semester goes on!
