Gyms are closed to help stop the spread of the coronavirus. But that doesn't mean you have to go without a workout! Working out helps improve mood, relieves stress, and can overall just help you feel better. 

This week's DIY is all about how you can do workouts at home! There are many different ways to get your body moving, so check out the list below and see what will work for you! 

Yoga:

Start your morning with yoga! Yoga is a wonderful way to reconnect with your body, stretch out those arms and legs, and get warmed up to start your day. 

 

Meditation:

Though not really a workout, meditating can help focus the mind and find a peaceful space to rest amidst the panicked thoughts and worries that have bombarded our lives recently. Find three guided meditations for beginners by clicking here

Cardio: 

Getting your heart pumping harder is an easy way to break up your day at home. You can reach your cardio goals by heading outside and going for a walk, run, or bike ride. Dance:

This is such a fun way to get moving and it doesn't even feel like you're working out! Dancing along with this workout is sure to put a smile on your face. 

Strength Training:

HIIT:
