806 S Third is often overshadowed -literally and figuratively- by Daniel Towers, but it should not be overlooked as an option for on-campus living. This building is a bit smaller than others with only three stories, making it quieter and easier to get to. (Who has time to hike up seven flights of stairs every day?) With amazing features, killer location, and affordable prices, 806 S Third should be highly sought after. Read on to see why this location is where you want to be for the 2021-2022 school year!
Each of these four-bedroom apartments has a large balcony, perfect for relaxing outside after a long day of classes. An open floor plan makes it a great place for entertaining and hanging out with friends (when it's safe to have parties again, of course). The living room is completely furnished with a couch, armchair, end tables, and a dining table and chairs.
Kitchens come equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. There is a ton of room for storage in the cabinets and drawers, as well. Recessed light fixtures line the kitchen, adding to the bright feel of the space. In-unit laundry is another favorite feature of 806 S Third. The units include a washer and dryer, so you don't have to leave your apartment for laundry day.
The spacious bathrooms have large bathtubs and showers with extra shelving tucked away for towels and toiletries. There are two bathrooms in each unit, so there is plenty of space for each roommate to have to themselves.
The bedrooms are carpeted and also fully furnished with a full-sized bed, dresser, modern desk, and desk chair. Most of the rooms have walk-in closets and extra room for storage. Large windows let in natural light and offer a lovely view of the campus streets.
