David will be demonstrating his signature Heritage guitar as well as other Heritage models, sharing stories, answering questions, and more.

Join a 22-mile round-trip night bike ride departing shortly before sunset to enjoy both the sunset and moonrise over the prairie on a “pick your speed” ride over very low traffic country roads. We stop at Sidney Dairy Barn for ice cream and socializing before heading back on magical moonlit roads.
All cyclists, all ages, all types of bikes welcome!
If you can’t make it in time for the pre-ride festivites, there will be a group leaving from Neutral Cycle at 7:00pm
State law requires lights, and helmets are recommended.

Join us for the running of the “buffalo” at the Buffalo Trace Trail Race on May 13 at 8 AM at the Lake of the Woods Forest Preserve (https://goo.gl/maps/
The course is a 5-mile trail run near an old buffalo trace or trail created by a massive herd of buffalo. The 5-mile course will traverse rolling hills, small forests, open meadows and prairie. This is a trail race.
The registration fee is $20 + $2.75 SignMeUp processing fee. There is a $2 discount for Second Wind members. There is no mail-in registration. Race day registration takes place 6:30 to 7:30a.m. on Saturday, May 13, at the Mahomet-Seymour HS parking lot.

The campuswide Commencement ceremony is the official University of Illinois academic ceremony at which the Chancellor presides and the President confers degrees.
Doctoral degree candidates are individually recognized. Bachelor’s, Master’s and Professional (JD, DVM, and MD) degree recipients stand as a group at their seats and are recognized by college. This is a dignified ceremony that lasts about two and a half hours. Academic attire is required. This ceremony will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017.
